Following the Educational Courses in Munich, Bayreuth, and Freiburg, the GEBIN offers for the fourth time a Short Educational Course for students (only last semester or PhD students!). This course demonstrates basic elements of  the communication between the three main bodily "supersystems": the nervous, the endocrine and the immune systems. This year the course will be more oriented to the significance of these interactions during pathology.

The course is opened for students without additional costs (limit: 25 students,  first come - first served). Again this year, we will have a "Trainee Dinner", with the students and the docents (Wednesday, July 8, at 20:00).

We would be able to offer some financial help to the students who request it (either trip or lodging expenses or registration fee to participate at the GEBIN meeting that follows on 9-11 July; see detailed program at http://www.gcc16.org/ ). Please, indicate clearly in your registration if you would need some financial help, and specify the costs.

For registration send an e-Mail to: Prof. Dr. Adriana del Rey (delrey@mailer.uni-marburg.de), Dept. Immunophysiology, Inst. of Physiology and Pathophysiology, University of Marburg.

Please, mention in your e-mail: First Name, Last Name; Complete Address; Phone; Fax; e-Mail; Responsible Professor at the local University/Working group; Your degree/stage of your study (for example: student of Human Biology, 8. Semester; Diplomand; PhD Student, first year); A short note saying why are you interested in this course.
