Field of Research:

• Investigation of affinity and activity of histamine H₄-receptor ligands by GTPase and [³⁵S]GTPγS assays and binding studies with tritiated ligands.
• Investigation of inverse agonism at the constitutive active histamine H₄-receptor.
• Construction of new baculoviruses encoding histamine H₄-Gα_i2 or H₄-RGS fusion proteins.

Additional Research Interests:

• Development of fluorescent histamine and neuropeptide Y receptor ligands.
• Flow cytometry for functional investigations and binding studies at G-protein coupled receptors.
