• Development of an algorithm for approximate calculation of
  of ligands pathway into the binding pocket of a receptor.
• Analysis of the binding pathway of histaprodifens into the
  binding pocket of the H₁-receptor (concerning species
  dependent differences), using Molecular Modelling techniques
  and Site-directed Mutagenesis experiments.
