Finding a project / PhD position in a RIGeL laboratory

You can find a PhD position in a RIGeL laboratory in one of two ways:

1. Under the menu item RIGeL Faculty you can find short research and personal profiles of RIGeL faculty members.  If you are interested in a particular research area or project you can directly contact the respective project leader and discuss possible projects, possibilities for funding and formal requirements.

2. Under the menu item PhD positions you can find links to open PhD positions in RIGeL laboratories. If you are interested in a particular open position, you can contact the respective project leader for details as specified above.

3. Under the menu item Graduate Research Academy RNA Biology you can find the link to the official website of Graduate Academy which is part of RIGeL. If you are PhD student of RIGeL and if you are working on a topic related to RNA biology you can also apply for membership of the Graduate Research Academy and profit by some extra advantages.

Within the first three months after starting the PhD you have to officially apply for RIGeL participation with the 'Promotionskomission' of the Faculty of Biology and Preclinical Medicine.
