Dr. Bing Zhu

Short biography

Ms. Dr. Bing Zhu received her Bachelor and Master degree in construction management and real estate at Southeast University, Nanjing, China. After that, she worked as research assistant at EBS Business School, Wiesbaden. In 2011 she received her doctorate degree with the dissertation “Essays on spatial econometrics of the housing markets”. Since August 2011, Dr. Zhu is a lecturer and a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Real Estate Finance at the University of Regensburg.
