The active support of the university’s teaching staff as well as IT training for students in the area of new information technology are central tasks of the computer centre.

Support for Teaching

The computer centre supports teaching by providing different platforms and services including:

• The G.R.I.P.S. E-Learning platform
• E-examinations
• Computer room (CIP pool) reservation for teaching purposes

Study-accompanying IT-training (SITA)

In co-operation with the computer centre Regensburg University offers all students a Study-accompanying IT-training (SITA) where participants will gain the necessary skills to professionally handle and design IT and media.
