Central Department for Course Counseling

The Central Department for Course Counseling at Universität Regensburg is the point of contact for all students interested in general advisory service, counseling service for learning issues, counseling service for mental health and women-specific course guidance.

• We provide information about degree courses, subject combinations and admission formalities,
• help with decisions regarding a transfer to another course or a change of courses,
• give advice on all issues and problems that come up during your studies,
• help to prepare the transition from university to work and offer advice and support if students have any personal problems.

You will find information on individual degree courses and subjects as well as general information on our german website.

Contact and Office Hours

You will receive short information and information leaflets in the secretary’s office (Studentenhaus, room 2.24) and in the information centre (Info-Raum; Studentenhaus, room 2.31) by trained student assistants. If you have further questions or would need personal counselling, you can make an appointment at the Central Department for Course Counselling.

The Central Department for Course Counselling also offers an "open consultation hour" every Tuesday and Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm and every Wednesday from 3 pm tp 4.30 pm where you can simply drop by in the secretary’s office.

Monday to Thursday, 8 am until noon and 1 pm to 4 pm
Friday, 8 am until noon
