Vice Presidents

The University Management consists of the President, the Secretary and Chief Financial Officer as well as of three other elected members, the Vice Presidents. A Vice President is elected for a four-semester term of office, and it is possible for them to be re-elected for additional terms of office without restriction of time.

Vice Presidents are also members of the Extended University Management and take part at Board of Governors and Senate meetings.

The Vice Presidents are nominated for election by the university‘s President. They must declare their consent to be nominated in writing. Vice Presidents are elected by the voting members of the Board of Governors at a meeting during term time.

The following Vice Presidents are in office at Universität Regensburg as of winter semester 2013/14:
