Regular Meetings of the Rector

The Rector takes part in the following university committee meetings:

• University Management (as chairperson; weekly)
• Extended University Management (as chairperson; monthly)
• Cooperation Council (as chairperson; annually)
• Senate (monthly)
• Advisory Board (biannually)
• Board of Governors (quarterly)
• Faculty boards or the Professors of the Faculties (once a year in each of the 11 faculties)

In addition to that, the Rector has meetings with each of the following individuals:

• Secretary and Chief Financial Officer (weekly)
• Chairperson of the Student Committees (monthly)
• Women’s Representative / Family Service (monthly)

The Rector takes also part in the following meetings of external committees on a regular basis:

• Universität Bayern e.V. (about monthly)
• Friends of Universität Regensburg e.V. (board meetings: about monthly; Advisory Board: about quarterly)
• German Rector's Conference (biannually)
