Schedule of Dates

We have prepared for you an overview of all important dates during the academic year concerning your arrival in Regensburg, language and orientation programme, registration for courses, etc.

Please note that this overview is approximate only. All precise dates will be sent to you in separate e-mails and letters. During your stay in Regensburg, please make sure that you check not only your normal e-mail address but also your UR e-mail address!! Read all information carefully.

According to the length of your stay in Regensburg, the academic schedule does differ somewhat:

Academic schedule for the period of your stay:

• students who come for the winter semester only
• students who come for the regular acedemic year (winter semester and summer semester)
• students who come for the summer semester only
• students who come for an academic year starting summer semester (e.g. exchange students from Australia)
