Erasmus Formalities

Although Ms Maria Grotz is the institutional Erasmus-Coordinator of Universität Regensburg, your main contact and advisor is  Ms Susanne Gschnaidner. She will help you with your questions concerning your stay in Regensburg.

Where do you get your forms?

The Learning Agreement is handed out by your home institution. Many exchange students also receive forms for the arrival and departure certificate from their home institution. If that's not the case we will give you a letter that confirms your dates of arrival and departure.

The Transcript of Records is issued by the International Office of Universität Regensburg.

Learning Agreement:

The Learning Agreement has to be signed first by the departmental coordinator, and in a second step by the institutional coordinator.

• You will find the right departmental coordinator on a list outside Ms Gschnaidner's office. For any questions please contact Ms Gschnaidner.
• Ms Gschnaidner will sign on behalf of the institutional coordinator. If you bring a fax number with you to Ms Gschnaidner, your learning agreement can be faxed to the home university right away.

Changes to the learning agreement: If you make any changes to your original study plan, please add these changes to your learning agreement and have them signed by the coordinators of your home institution and the UR.

Confirmation of Study Period:

Ms Gschnaidner or one of her colleagues (Ms Wunderlich and Ms Betzner) responsible for the incoming students will sign the forms for you.

Transcript of Records

The Transcript of Records will be issued at the end of your stay in Regensburg. As it lists all your study results it will take a while before we can finalize it. Your will receive all necessary information on the Transcript of Records during the orientation programme and again during the semester.
