Enrolment

With your enrolment you become officially a student of Universität Regensburg. In your letter of admission we will state on which days you can enrol and which documents you need to bring.

For your enrolment you need to bring some kind of proof of health insurance. This health insurance certificate needs to be handed in at a statutary health insurance. You will also need to show the originals of your school leaving certificates and (if you have already studies) your previous university education.

After having paid the student service fee, you will receive your student ID and your "Studienbuch". With your student ID you can use the library, the computer terminals, sports centre and public transportation in Regensburg.

What is  "Rückmeldung"?

The enrolment is only valid for one semester. After that you will need to re-register every semester and pay your student service fee as well as your tuition.

The re-registration can be done online. Please make sure that you always update your latest address if you have moved.

Who will help you with all the formalities?

The tutors in the International Office will help you will all formalities. During the orientation programme "Startklar", they will explain everything step by step.
