How do you finance your studies?

Please take into consideration that is very difficult to finance your studies just by working during the semester breaks or during the semester.

When you apply for your residence permit you have to prove that you have sufficient financial means for your studies e.g. by showing saving accounts or through financial support from your parents.

Studying in Germany is expensive, even though living expenses in Regensburg are still quite moderate. You will need money for rent, food, tuition, and books as well as for social activities and travelling.
