Bavarian Welcome

You are a new at UR and would like to meet other students? Then you are invited to our Bavarian Welcome evening on Wednesday, 23 October, at 6.30 pm.

You have the possibility to get to know our tutors for international students, other new international students, as well as German students who have just returned from their study abroad.

Your are interested in studying at UR?

Our application deadlines are:

15 July for the winter semester

15 January for the summer semester

Please note that many master degree programmes have earlier deadlines. Give yourself enough time for your application (appox. six months ahead of time).

Within the next two weeks, Ms Wunderlich will offer additional office hours prior to the application deadline on 15 July. For further information please see CONTACT.

Important Information for all non EU residents!

Please don't forget to renew your residence permit in time. Otherwise you risk severe consequences from the German authorities. Once your residence permit has expired, you are in Germany illegally.
