Application as a Visiting Student

The status Visiting Student can be granted for a maximum of 2 Semesters. We have a separate application form for visiting students that we will send to you on request.

Please contact us in time if you want to come as a visiting student and ask for the application forms for visiting students.

Deadlines:

• 1 December for the summer semester
• 1 June for the winter semester.

Necessary Documents

Please send us a short description of your study plans and your academic qualification. After we have approved your request, we will send you the application form and further information.

You will have to hand in your school leaving certificate together with a transcript of records of your university education (or equivalent documents). You will have to fulfill the same academic qualifications as regular international applicants who are seeking a degree at UR.

Studying abroad needs good planning. Please take your time and contact the International Office in advance (about 6 months prior to your planned start of your studies).
