Stammtisch - Informal Get-Together for Drinks

Orkan Regensburg

Stammtisch is an informal monthly event where you have the chance to meet and get to know your fellow international researchers, as well as our student assistant Mascha. We always meet at a different Kneipe in the city center to eat, drink, and talk about life.

Thursday, October 12th at 7:30m.

Guided Tour of Campus

Uni Regensburg

The university campus is big and sometimes confusing, but after a guided tour with us, you’ll definitely be able to find your way around.Because winter is coming, the tour will feature the short extra unit “How to go from one end of campus to the other without having to go outside”.

Wednesday, Oct 18th at 4pm.

Kaffeestunde - Coffee and Cake Hour

Coffee Hour Farhad

It has become a small and beloved tradition of ours to start new semester with a Kaffeestunde at the Welcome Center. It’s the perfect opportunity to increase your sugar and caffeine intake, and to catch up with your fellow researchers and with the Welcome Center staff, who can answer any miscellaneous questions you may have.

Tuesday, Oct 24th from 1:30-3:30pm.

Gruselgeschichten - Scary Story Time

Scary Story Time

Since in many cultures autumn seems to be the time where the boundaries between our world and the world of ghosts become more permeable than usual, we’d love to hear your best ghost story at ghost story night. You can choose a typical story, or maybe write one yourself! The main point is that your story should send shivers down our spines.

Wednesday, Oct 25th at 7:30pm.
