In 2013, the test center at the University of Regensburg is offering the following test dates:

Registration
How do I register for the telc test?
You can register for the test online using our registration form (Anmeldeformular).
Several days after we receive your registration, you'll receive an email confirming your registration. In order for your registration to be binding, please transfer the test fee in its full amount to the account listed in your registration confirmation and email us a copy of the bank statement which shows that you have transferred the whole amount. Only then is your seat for the test guaranteed. Any extra bank fees that may occur are the responsibility of the test participant.
The full test fee should be transfered within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email. Otherwise, we must cancel your registration.
In case the test participant must cancel within the registration period, the test fee will be refunded, minus an administrative charge of 30%. If the cancellation occurs after the registration deadline, you are not entitled to a refund of the test fee or any part thereof.
After the registration deadline, test participants will receive an email with important information about the test.

Test
What does the test look like?
The telc tests assess listening, reading, speaking and writing skills. Participants must be able to understand texts, conversations, telephone messages, announcements, advertisements, commercial texts, faxes, emails, and short news articles. Grammatical structures and vocabulary of the foreign language are assessed with the use of gap-filling or multiple choice questions. Listening and speaking competence is assessed with the use of recordings as well as in conversation.
