Yvonne Schmid participated in the Honors Bachelor Program at the University of Regensburg majoring in Value Chain Management. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science and then went on to earn a Master of Science in Business Administration in Regensburg and at the Prague Business School focusing on Management & Leadership as well as Industrial Management. In addition, she took courses in Business Psychology and Ethics.
During her studies, Yvonne Schmid gained valuable work experience in the HR department of Continental Automotive GmbH in Regensburg and as a recruiter at I. K. Hofmann GmbH. Afterwards she joined the Hofmann Group as HR Consultant and Sales Representative. Her expertise was councelling regional companies regarding recruiting processes, coaching candidates as well as national and international consulting and process development.
Since April 1st 2017, Yvonne Schmid has been a research associate at the Department of Innovation and Technology Management at the University of Regensburg, where she also earned her doctorate.
