Chair of Leadership and Organization - Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger

Dr. Ruth Nürnberger studied psychology with focus on psychology of work and organization at the University of Regensburg. She worked for IKEA Regensburg at the human resources department and at the Career Service of Ingolstadt University. During her employment as team leader of the Marketing & Career Service, Faculty of Business, Economy and Information Systems at the University of Regensburg she did her doctorate on intermediaries and their role and function during the employability development process of graduates at the Chair of Leadership and Organization.
Currently, she is working as team leader HR development and HR marketing at Aldi GmbH & Co. KG.
