Christian Scharff studied sociology (B.A./M.A.) at Bielefeld University. At the same time he worked for the Evangelische Bank Institut für Ethisches Management at the YMCA University of Applied Sciences and a consulting firm specialized in public administration. Christian Scharff is a researcher at the Chair of Leadership and Organization (Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger) at the University of Regensburg since October 2016.
