Equality

The Equal Opportunities Officer of the Faculty of Computer Science and Data Science and her deputies are the personal contacts for female researchers and students for questions relating to information, advice, and support regarding women-specific and career-promoting issues, as well as the compatibility of family and career.

All questions will, of course, be treated confidentially.

The equal opportunities officers ensure that female researchers, female teaching staff, and female students are not disadvantaged. They support the universities in fulfilling their duties in accordance with Art. 22  BayHIG. (external link, opens in a new window)
