Event: Decide with confidence and clear your doubts

• Are you facing an important decision in your academic career or research environment and wondering how to move forward? 
• Do multiple options, uncertainty, lack of time, or competing demands make it difficult to decide?

Important decisions often feel like standing at a major crossroads, unsure which path to take.
 

In this workshop, you will step back from your decision and explore it from different perspectives before choosing your way forward. Working on a real decision from your own professional or academic context, you will gain orientation by identifying the factors that shape your decision and distinguishing between what you can and cannot influence. You will reflect on your personal decision-making style, explore practical decision-making approaches, and benefit from coaching impulses and the perspectives of others. 

By the end of the workshop, you will feel better equipped to navigate uncertainty, make well-considered decisions, and move forward with greater confidence and composure.
