As part of the conference “Law and Governance of AI in the Digital Space” organized by ELSA Passau, Tabea Bauermeister gave a presentation on “AI in EU Law”. Therein, she compared two legal acts—the AI Regulation and the DMA—one of which explicitly addresses AI but regulates it less than expected, while the other does not specifically address AI but nevertheless covers many respects.
