From October to December 2025, Prof. Dr. Anne Brüske (Professorship of Spatial Dimensions of Cultural Processes) and the Leibniz Science Campus will be hosting visiting professor Prof. Dr. Irina Garbatzky (Rosario National University/ CONICET).
Among other activities, she will give a lecture titled "Archivos portátiles. Ritmo y desplazamiento en Legna Rodríguez Iglesias” on 12 November from 10:00–12:00 in Room BA.806 at DIMAS. This lecture will be held in Spanish.
Prof. Dr. Garbatzky is an essayist and researcher whose work explores the intersection of literary and cultural studies from a transdisciplinary perspective. Her research focuses on the links between literature, poetry, performance and their particular ways of archiving immaterial, social and imaginary experiences in Latin America, especially since the end of the 20th century.
