My reconstruction of the Gospel of the Hebrews includes both Eusebius, Theoph. syr. 4.12 and Theoph. 4.22, whereas Andrew Gregory, in his The Gospel According to the Hebrews and the Gospel of the Ebionites (OUP, 2017; pp. 140-146) classifies these under "Doubtful testimony." The paper discusses the arguments for and against the inclusion.
