The main contribution is the customer-oriented development and pricing of real estate for B2B-markets as well as the controlling of the interactive project planning and construction processes. The knowledge in this area derives from the same typical questions and problems which are relevant for the development of industrial products and services in B2B-marktes.
Prof. Dr. Roland Helm holds the Chair of Strategic Industrial Marketing at the University of Regensburg since October 2010. From 2000 to 2010 he held the Unilever-Chair of Marketing at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena (Germany). Previously he worked at Munich University of Technology and at the University of Augsburg. He received a diploma degree in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg and the European Business Management School of the University of Wales (E.M.B.S.), a PhD and the Habilitation in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg. Prof. Helm was born in 1966.
