Increase your Employability with a Doctorate - A Training for Interviews and Assessment Centers (advanced module)

You have acquainted yourself with your personal sales pitch and interviews in our basic module already or have trained to communicate effectively and to market your skills convincingly as a doctoral graduate otherwise. So you know that employers typically look for a variety of skills and the aim is to stand out of the crowd.

If you want to train more challenging situations in a typical interview or to become really professional in communicating to your future employer, this might be your workshop.

We focus on professional behavior throughout advanced interviews and assessment centers. You will learn how challenging interviews and assessment centers work and you will yourself go through a number of different exercises and simulations. This will prepare you to handle these situations in an authentic and self-confident manner. This is helpful not only when you plan to apply for future leadership, consulting, sales or management positions but in any other situation when it comes to communicating your doctorate skill set professionally to possible future employers.

Trainer

Wolfgang Leybold co-founded his first HR consultancy in 2004, where he acted as Managing Partner and advised clients along the complete recruiting process and offered numerous training formats in leadership and communications. In 2019, he founded Leybold Strategy Consultants to focus even more on his national and international activities as a lecturer. He is an experienced trainer and coach and runs high impact workshops at several universities.
