Short biography
Daniel Schlette studied management information systems at the University of Regensburg and Kingston University London. He completed the Honors Elite Graduate Program by the Elite Network of Bavaria in 2019. Since then, he has been a research assistant at the Chair of Information Systems I (Prof. Dr. Pernul). Pursuing his Ph.D., he is involved in a joint research project with Siemens and the DEVISE research project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Germany.
His research interests are subsumed under collaborative cybersecurity and focus on threat intelligence and incident response. Key research results on standards and data formats used to convey threat intelligence indicate the importance of data quality and defensive playbooks.
