All members of the University of Regensburg can reach the UB via chat from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00. And this is how it works:

• Sign up at chat.uni-regensburg.de
• Search for the user "Auskunft UB".

• Write to us.
• We will then start a chat with you and answer your question.
