All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by submitting the completed online registration form and transferring the appropriate fees. 

ADHD Conference: Registration Form

Conference Registration fee includes:

  Delegate bag including the program and other materials

  Name badge and access to all scientific sessions

 Welcome reception

 Coffee breaks

 Lunch breaks

•  Conference dinner

•  Guided tour of the historical centre of Regensburg

Payment methods

Please send a copy of the transfer by email (adhd.conf@ur.de) indicating the full name of the participant. After receiving the conference fee, we will confirm registration by email. Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. Money transfer, currency exchange fees, etc., will be paid by the participant.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (by mail or fax) to the Conference Secretariat (IMNS - Prof. Klaus Lange, University of Regensburg, 93040 Regensburg, Germany).

If cancellations are received by May 15, 2019, 50 % of the conference fees will be reimbursed.  

As of May 16, 2019, no refund can be processed.

Important note

The registration fees do not include any insurance of the participants against any accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to have adequate personal insurance before attending the conference.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the conference be canceled due to unexpected political or economic events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this.
