Inspection of examination documents

For the bachelor's and master's programs Chemistry, the master's program COSOM, the master's program Medicinal Chemistry and the master's program SYNCAT: it is possible to inspect the examination documents within one month of the announcement of the examination results, with the relevant examiner.

For the bachelor's and master's programs Business Chemistry: at the end of each semester, a date is determined by the examiner on which those who wish to inspect the examination documents may do so.

You can print off transcripts containing a certification code under the following link: FlexNow

Should you need a certificate signed by the examination office, you can apply for one using the form "Application for a transcript of records" or "Application for a provisional overall grade".

Withdrawing for an exmaination

If you are unable to take an examination due to illness, or if you terminate your enrollment ahead of schedule or change programs, you must withdraw from your examinations / courses.  Otherwise, you remain registered for the examination / course, and it will be recorded in FlexNow that you did not attend (Versäumnis), and you will be awarded the grade 5.0.

Change of address

Please change your address and personal data in SPUR. This is still important when the program has finished as if you do not do this, you will not be able to receive important letters (e.g. certification of the termination of your enrollment, delivery of your degree certificate, invitation to the degree ceremony).
