Student council... what is that?

The core programme of the Student Council for Teacher Education includes a wide range of activities and projects. We work to improve the study conditions for all teaching students at the university by

→ Fully or partially funding urgently needed courses in education and the subject areas (tutorials, language courses)

→ Better networking between students and members of the teaching staff

→ Expansion of the university infrastructure for students (W-LAN, software licences)

→ Facilitate career entry for teacher trainees (information events, contact mediation and assistance for traineeships)

→ Raising awareness of sustainability and ecology (establishing and expanding the sustainable and ecologically sensible use of resources at the university)

→ Cooperation with various schools (mainstream schools, schools for people with disabilities, support for similar institutions)

→ Help with starting your studies (drawing up Timetables, help with course selection)

All students are welcome to join the student council at any time!
