In order to be able to explain contents comprehensibly and to formulate them in a supportive way for learning, theoretical knowledge in communication is necessary. Therefore, another part of professional teaching is the knowledge of topics in presentation and communication, such as

The reflection of your own teacher personality is the focus of this module. This involves adequate and continuous evaluation of your own course as well as giving and receiving feedback:

  • attitude and role perception as a lecturer (e.g. teaching philosophy)
  • reflection of your teacher personality
  • clarification and reflection of role allocation of lecturers and organization
