Chair of Leadership and Organization - Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger

Gimin Kim studied International Trade (B.Sc.) at the University of Kyonggi in South Korea, which included a semester abroad at the University of Ulm. He received a master's degree in business administration (M.Sc.) with a focus on management & leadership and industrial management at the University of Regensburg.

After completing his master's degree, he gained practical experience in sales roles at multinational corporations such as Hyundai Group and Hwaseung Group.

Since December 2023, Gimin Kim has been a research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, especially Leadership and Organization, of Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger works at the University of Regensburg. Additionally, he is involved in a doctoral project centered on expatriate management within multinational Korean companies.
