Falter | January 2026: Anna Goldenberg, an author and journalist at the Austrian newspaper ‘Falter,’ interviewed scientist Jennifer Randerath for her article titled 'I do, therefore I am. Humans use tools like no other species. What actually happens in the brain when we do this?' The article was inspired by a cow named Veronika, who caused a sensation in Austria by independently using a scrub brush to scratch herself.
