PhD project: "Effects of emotional competence on team learning behaviour. A multilevel analysis of emotional competence in teams and team learning behaviours."

My doctoral thesis focuses on the emotional competence of teams and their members and its influence on team learning behaviours. Teams are social units and have to deal with a variety of emotions that influence the team and its work. Understanding the relationships and influences of dealing with emotions in a team on team learning behaviours has implications for practitioners who develop teams and HR managers who form teams.
