Research

My research topic is “Hate Speech Detection Beyond Plain Natural Language Processing”.
The increasing use of social media platforms has its own problems. One such problem is the increase of hate speech usually targeting minorities (women, immigrants, religious minorities, race minorities, etc) in the society.
The purpose of this research is to extensively analyse hate speech on social media platforms and additionally improve on the already existing research that propose technical methods of detecting and defusing hate speech on these platforms using machine learning tools and artificial intelligence.

My other research interests are: Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Image Processing
