On Tuesday, June 23, from 2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., the lecture will take place in H 45.
The chair will offer a lecture and three exercises in German on corporate finance in the summer semester 2026. This course builds on the basic lecture on finance and is primarily aimed at students in the Bachelor's programme, 2nd study phase.
Lecture materials will be made available on the e-learning platform GRIPS (external link, opens in a new window). Registration is possible from March 30, 2026. The script will be made available on GRIPS at the beginning of the lecture.
An English-language tutorial offers exchange students additional support. It is also possible for exchange students to take the exam in either German or English.
Teaching content of the course
The course deals with the preparation and making of operational financing and investment decisions, the assessment of investment projects and the valuation of companies as well as bond and share valuation and the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM).
Exam
Tutorial
An optional English tutorial provides further support for exchange students. In addition, exchange students can take the exam either in German or English. The tutorial is held by Julian Hunzinger (julian.hunzinger[at]stud.uni-regensburg.de).
Students are expected to actively participate in the tutorial. Exercises are provided and should be prepared in advance to the weekly tutorial. The tutorial takes place on the following dates:
