We kindly invite all doctoral candidates and postdocs at the UR to attend the workshop “Ace Your Mental Health in Science,” which offers a variety of tips for improving mental health in the scientific community.
Trainers: Alexandra Otto, Yih-Shiuan Lin, and Robin Scharnagl
The trainers hold PhDs in medicine (Alex) and psychology (Yih-Shiuan) from UR and have additional qualifications in therapy (all three of them). The workshop also draws on the experiences of Alex and Yih-Shiuan as (post)doc representatives at WIN.
