The course Change Management entails a lecture component and an exercise component for the discussion of case studies. It gives an overview of different theories of Change Management and illustrates how changes in organisations occur and which challenges appear with these changes. The teaching mission is to give a comprehensive understanding of change intentions, to realise potential problems at an early stage, and to find solutions for these problems.
