As a researcher, you are likely familiar with the challenge of balancing the many roles your position entails - from research, teaching, and administration to more informal roles such as networker or mentor. How can you maintain a meaningful balance between day-to-day responsibilities and long-term career goals? In this workshop, you will gain orientation and new perspectives through exchange with colleagues and coaching impulses, enabling you to navigate your professional daily life harmoniously.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to

• consider their various roles within their professional development
• reflect on their mindset and prioritization, learning to consciously accept and actively shape tasks
• clarify how goals within roles connect, where synergies exist, and potential conflicts arise
• define and prioritize next steps for a coherent and meaningful balance of their professional roles.
