The Equal Opportunities Officer at the Faculty of Computer Science and Data Science and her deputies are the personal contacts for female researchers and students who have questions about information, advice, and support relating to women's issues, career advancement, and work-life balance.

All questions will, of course, be treated confidentially.

The equal opportunities officers ensure that female scientists, female teaching staff, and female students are not disadvantaged. They support the universities in fulfilling their duties in accordance with Art. 22 BayHIG (external link, opens in a new window).
