About the Interdisciplinary Committee on Modeling (QFAM) of the German Informatics Society e.V.
The Interdisciplinary Committee on Modeling provides a platform for interested members from various technical groups to meet regularly and examine the topic of modeling from different perspectives. It currently comprises members from 13 technical groups.
The “Modeling” conference, organized since 1998 by the Cross-Disciplinary Committee on Modeling of the German Informatics Society, has established itself as a forum for the fundamentals, methods, techniques, tools, as well as domains and applications of modeling. Experts engage in lively discussions about current research findings and trends in practice.
