On March 18, the Faculty of Computer Science and Data Science held a full-day workshop on preparing for appointment negotiations: self-presentation and negotiation skills. Nine young female researchers, including postdoctoral fellows and doctoral candidates, took part. The aim of the workshop was to prepare participants for appointment procedures, strengthen their self-presentation skills, and teach strategies for successful negotiations. Interactive exercises and practical input covered key aspects such as appearance, communication style, and dealing with difficult conversation situations. The workshop promoted the exchange of experiences and offered valuable insights for individual career planning.
