As part of the Emmy Noether funding, the research project “IMPACT: Isogenies — from Mathematical Principles to Applied Cryptographic Tools” is exploring isogeny-based post-quantum cryptography. The project aims to study cryptographic methods that remain secure in the age of quantum computers and to further develop their practical applicability. In doing so, the research group is making an important contribution to shaping next-generation cryptography.
