Welcome to our faculty website!

On these pages you will find a wide variety of information and services offered by our faculty. The Faculty of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures is the largest of the twelve faculties at the University of Regensburg, serving more than 5,000 students.

We provide information about our faculty’s decision-making bodies, its departments and organizations, the people working here as well as our diverse activities in research and teaching. Across six departments and two scientific institutions, our faculty combines internationally recognized research with dedicated teaching over a broad range of study programs.
