Short Biography

Maximilian Spanner first studied economics with a focus on real estate and regional economics as well as financial markets at the University of Regensburg. He then completed his master's degree at IRE|BS with a focus on real estate management and development as well as real estate economics, graduating in 2018. 

Mr. Spanner has been working in the field of real estate valuation and management consulting since the beginning of 2018. During his master's studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Competence Center for Sustainability in the Real Estate Industry under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert and has been active there as an external doctoral candidate since mid 2018.
