REAL ESTATE & CAPITAL MARKETS

The Real Estate and Capital Markets cluster deals with the analysis, optimisation and management of investments in international real estate and capital markets.

PRIVATE FINANCE

The Private Finance cluster brings together all the activities of the Centre of Finance that deal with the investment and financing problems of private households.

RISK MANAGEMENT & DERIVATIVES

All activities relating to the modelling, quantification and management of financial risks in companies are pooled in the Risk Management and Derivatives cluster
