- The documents justifying payment must be submitted after the employment requirements have been checked.
List of required recruitment documents
To be submitted with the application for employment:
- Curriculum vitae*
- List of publications*
- List of courses held*
- If applicable, list of previous third-party funding activity*
- Examination certificates (Master's / Diploma / State Examination)*
- Doctoral certificate*
To be submitted after examination of the recruitment requirements for new hires (documents justifying payment):

- Confirmation from previous employers and proof (references/employment contracts/scholarship notifications) of relevant previous employment after graduation (Master's degree, diploma, State Examination)*
- The documents are important for the remuneration (determination of the level).

Note on the submission deadline:
- * If possible, the documents marked with an asterisk should be submitted 6 weeks before the requested implementation date. If the documents are submitted later, it is not possible to guarantee that the contract will commence on the requested date. We would like to point out that in these cases the start of the contract can be postponed to a later date.
- All other documents must be submitted by the time the contract is signed at the latest.
