Note for English-speaking applicants:

All documents and forms must be submitted in German, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Some forms are available in English for reference and for helping you complete the forms. Please note: these guides are for reference only and must not be submitted. You are required to fill out and submit the official German forms.

 

Notes

  • Submit the relevant documents to the HR department (preferably digital, no originals usually required).
  • The documents justifying payment will be requested directly from the person to be hired after the recruitment requirements have been checked.

Note on the submission deadline:

  • * If possible, the documents marked with an asterisk should be submitted 6 weeks before the requested implementation date. If the documents are submitted later, it is not possible to guarantee that the contract will commence on the requested date. We would like to point out that in these cases the start of the contract can be postponed to a later date.
  • All other documents must be submitted by the time the contract is signed at the latest.

New hire

To be submitted with the application for employment:

  • Curriculum vitae*
  • Examination certificate (Master's/Diploma/State Examination)*
  • Doctoral certificate*

To be submitted after examination of the recruitment requirements for new hires (documents justifying payment):
